One of my favorite entertainers will play a recurring character in the upcoming season of Gossip Girl, Ms. Hilary Duff. Duff signed on to appear in several episodes recently and will play a character named Olivia Burke. Olivia is a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience and ends up rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr).Duff makes her debut on the season's fourth episode in October. YAY! I'm so excited to see her working again. Amazing!!!
