Missy has a new hairstyle in the video too. The dancers are killing it and everything. The video was directed by prominent director Melina, who has directed several of Beyoncé's videos. A 20-second sneak peek of Ciara's upcoming video for her next single, "Work" has been all over the internet. The song features rapper/singer Missy Elliott and is one of two singles being released next from Ciara's current album, Fantasy Ride.
