Usher Introduces His First Artist: Justin Bieber

Disovered by a manager and former marketing exec of So So Def, Justin Bieber is a 15 year old, multi-talented singer and instrumentalist. All he had to do was sing on YouTube... and BAM! LOL! The discovery led to a chance to meet Usher (who is now his manager) and a recording contract with Island Def Jam from L.A. Reid.

Bieber is currently working on his debut album in Atlanta with The Dream & Tricky Stewart. A video for his first single, "One Time" was shot yesterday.

Justin not only sings... he plays keyboards, drums, and the congas. AMAZING! Gotta love the talent.

Movie Premiere Cancelled, Swine Flu Scare

The Swine Flu has had almost 90 cases recorded in hospitals throughout the nation within the last few weeks, with the most in New Mexico.  Other states with reported cases include New York, California, Texas, Ohio, and Kansas.  The Swine Flu is a type of influenza that is embodied in pigs.  Humans that work closely with pigs are most likely infected with the disease, especially in intenese exposures.  This is indeed contagious, can be passed through humans, and is definitely a type of influenza.

Earlier today in New Mexico, a festival premiere of X-Men Origins: Wolverine was cancelled due to the rapidly spreading infection.  The government didn't want Hugh Jackman and crew to feel unsafe or even be a statistic to the epidemic.

Symptoms of Swine Flu include human flu, including fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. A few patients have reported that they also suffered from diarrhea and vomiting.

The Center of Disease Control has shipped out over 12 million vaccinations throughout the nation to prevent the population from dying of the disease, if infected.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!

Also, a new single with Kelly Rowland featured has been released.  The song "When Love Takes Over" is the lead single from French DJ David Guetta's upcoming album, One Love.

Tyra Banks Heading to Court

A muse of mine, Tyra Banks, is expected to be appear in a Goergia court this week, testify against a man that stalker

No one disputes that Brady Green tried to get close to the famous supermodel-turned-talk-show host, but his lawyer says he's just a fan.  Yes, she reaches out to her fans with positivity, but this man went a little beserk.

It all started with him trying to get tickets to her show in New York.  Then the flowers and letters started flowing in.  He even said that he rode a bus from Los Angeles just to see and that they indeed know each other.  He even threatened to kill someone if they didn't give him the address to her studio.

Banks stated that Green showed up to her studio on multiple occassions and has had him escorted from the premises every time.

If convicted, Green could serve 90 days in jail.

Lady GaGa Nearly Gets Arrested

Fashion trendsetter and often risque, Lady GaGa almost got arrested for wearing leather in a bar in Russia.  What kind of rules do they have there?

Ms. GaGa stated in her Twitter that, "They tried to arrest me in Russia, for leather at St. Basil's. But all is calm in the red square, as I leave the east Parisbound."

Clothes are clothes.  Fashion's a statement.  Statement is freedom of speech.  It's a free world!  LOL!  But be careful though, there are consequences.  She almost faced one, although they were over leather pants.  RETARDED!

Dawn Still Loves DK

Despite the fact that she would love to have a reunion with the other four Danity Kane girls, life for Dawn Richard is pretty amazing right now. Just as amazing as her new haircut.

The new haircut she sported on the Making the Band finale was inspired by the work she's been doing with Diddy on his upcoming album, Last Train to Paris. "I'm working with Puff on his new album, and he's making a movie, and he's doing a whole nre thing, so I thought it'd be dope". Dawn hopes to start work on her own solo work, venturing for an "electro" sound. "Hopefully, in the future, there'll be great things," she said about her solo music. "I want it to be a part of the same direction that [Diddy's] album is goin gin. I feel a comfy vibe in it. It's new. It's neve rbeen heard before. I love the sound that it fits in."

And although she's doing all of this work with Diddy and starting her own, she still thinks that a Danity Kane reunion would be "beautiful". In all honesty, I agree.

Rihanna's Gotta Find That Jewelry

In February 2009, a pair of earrings and three rings were taken and used in the investigation of the Rihanna & Chris Brown case. Rihanna is currently trying to seize the items back that she loaned from four different companies. If not returned, she will have to come out pocket with $1.4 million.

The filing was made by the companies last week, wanting them back for events that are happening overseas soon.

Rihanna was wearing the jewelry during the afternoon she was brutally beated by singer/then-boyfriend, Chris Brown. It was part of her ensemble for the Grammy Awards on February 8, 2009.

Danity Kane Officially No Longer... Like For Realz

Hopeful for an official Danity Kane reunion, fans anticipated answers of the group's destiny that partially lies in P. Diddy's hands. But what fans didn't expect was that three of the girls truly desired to pursue their own endeavors. The group is indeed OVER!

All girls, but one (Aundrea Fimbres) were present at MTV's Making the Band 4: Finale. While all of them still have love for each other, forming a group is not what they are passionate about. Well, except one member... Dawn Richard.

Luckily for her, she remains an artist on the Bad Boy label... a SOLO artist. And already at hard work at her solo effort, according to recent status updates on her Twitter.

Aubrey O'Day plans to get back into theater and pursue a solo recording career.

Shannon Bex wants to step into the country music realm.

D. Woods has already started work at her solo effort.

News about Aundrea future endeavors are unknown. Diddy fired her from the group in last week's episode.

Diddy will be creating another season of Making the Band in search of girls for a new girl group soon. Casting call has not yet been posted.

DMX Gets Celebrity Rehab Treatment

After all the drug busts and the jail time, DMX has finally decided to get help with his drug habit.

The multi-platinum selling rapper will be a part of next seasons Celebrity Rehab, getting help from the one and only Dr. Drew.

Is PCD Ending? NOT!

Since the release of "Jai Ho (You are My Destiny)", many bloggers and fans have wondered if the Pussycat Dolls were coming to an end. The hit single from the Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack was released almost two months, with star billing to "A. R. Rahman & The Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger".

Why is she the only person singing on the single? At first, we all have no clue. Thoughts struck again this week when their next single "Hush Hush" was released from their sophomore album, Doll Domination. The track is a Nicole-only record, without any other PCD memeber contributing vocals.

Although, there has been speculation that Nicole was leaving the group after the Doll Domination era to pursue her solo career, she and the girls have squashed all rumors.

The girls confirmed that the rumors were false this morning on the JohnJay and Rich radio show. Thank goodness, they can last longer than Danity Kane. LOL!

Monica & Mo'Nique Get Their Own Shows

BET's JAZZ and VH1 Soul are merging (yet, not merging) to create a new network called "Centric". The network will launch in October, targeting African-Americans of ages 24-54.

BET J originally launched as BET on Jazz and features reality series and music-programs. Both BET J and VH1 Soul will continue as stand alone channels in addition to Centric's programming; Centric will start with BET J's distribution and annex channel slots allocated to VH1 Soul or possibly some other small MTVN service, rather than merge.

Announced last night at BET's Upfront announcement in New York, the network will launch with 45 million subscribers.

Centric will initially feature some original entertainment and reality shows, like "Model City," a reality show revolving around African-American models in New York City and "Keeping Up With The Joneses," which follows the exploits of a Houston-based family of entrepreneurs. R&B singer Monica will be starring in her own reality show entitled "Monica: Still Standing," set to air in October, and comedian/actress Mo'Nique will have her own nightly talk/variety show. News and public affairs programming are said to be added in the near future.
Centric will also re-launch the temporarily defunct Soul Train Awards.

Jill discovered her pregnancy when she was to leave for Botswana to film her new HBO Series, The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency.

Eminem Makes Another Great Single Debut

In this week's Billboard chart issue, the Black Eyed Peas' still dominate the Billboard Hot 100 at #1 with "Boom Boom Pow". But this week's great debut was lead by the one and only Eminem. Eminem is proving that he's back and ready to take over the rap throne with "We Made You". The new song debuted at #9, selling 167,o00. However, that's a bit disturbing due to the fact that his last single sold an impressive 418,000 in it's first week this past February.

Green Day's new single "Know Your Enemy" was another hot shot debut this week, charting at #40. That's their best debut on the chart in their career.

The top 10 are as follows:

1. "Boom Boom Pow", Black Eyed Peas

2. "Poker Face", Lady GaGa

3. "Right Round", Flo Rida

4. "The Climb", Miley Cyrus (her highest chart peak yet)

5. "Kiss Me Thru the Phone", Soulja Boy Tell 'Em feat. Sammie

6. "Day 'n' Nite", Kid Cudi

7. "Blame It", Jamie Foxx feat. T-Pain

8. "Dead and Gone", T.I. feat. Justin Timberlake

9. "We Made You", Eminem

10. "You Found Me", The Fray

Terrence Howard Still Upset About Iron Man Sequel

Oscar nominated actor Terrence Howard is still a bit bitter about not being a part of the Iron Man Sequel. Last October, out of nowhere, it was widely reported that actor Don Cheadle would replace Howard in the upcoming sequel.

Howard stated in a recent interview that, "Marvel made a choice, and it was a very, very bad choice. They didn't keep their word. They didn't honor my contract".

Although he still seems a bit upset about being unexpectedly removed from the movie, he says that he has already read the script. He promises not to reveal what will happen in the film, strongly believing in Karma.

"I believe in karma. When someone does something wrong, you don't have to get them back," says Howard. "Everything right will return the favor for you."

Iron Man II will be released to theaters on May 7, 2010.

What is Really Going On?: Another 11 Year-Old Suicide

It's sad that I'm just discovering this. Jaheem Herrara, 11 years old, took his own life last week after enduring bullying and harrassment from his fellow classmates. Herrara was a fifth grader at Dunaire Elementary School located in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

His 10 year old sister found him hanging from a fabric belt in his bathroom.

He and his parents would often tell the administrators and teachers about the slurs that he battled with daily at school. Obviously, nothing was done about it. If something was done, he would still be here.

I think that it's a shame that it seems like this is becoming a trend all of a sudden. This is the third suicide of this kind to happen this year. 2 of them happened this month. Every time something like this happens, is it on the news? Some of the networks do, but not all of them.

Most people that hear about cases like these would most likely blame the kids in this young boys' school. But why should they be the ones to blame? At this age (elementary school kids), they don't really know better. They take what they've learned from their parents, their society, and the media and run with it. Most parents are religious and they believe in the Bible. Apparently, the Bible has taught them that being gay is against God's rule and that if you are, you'll be punished. Not only that... they will go to HELL! But how could this be possible if God already knows our destiny before it begins? He wouldn't have created us as mankind if he thought that something people couldn't help that comes so naturally would be so bad. Could anyone against the lifestlye even tell me how it's destroying anyone?

Another thing that annoys me about the parents is that they aren't teaching their kids the rights and wrongs of things that they say and do. They're not telling their children that there's a possibility that whatever they say do or do could 'cause something bad to happen. When kids feel neglected or feel like they don't belong, they have a tendency to think that they don't belong here. That's exactly that this boy felt before he hung himself. I'm sure his parents reminded him over and over that they would always be there for him to talk to. And they should fault themselves at all because they aren't the ones blame.

The media plays a big role in it as well. Driving their beliefs into TV shows, music, movies, etc. They bash gay people so badly that it makes some people feel unappreciated, unworthy, and indifferent. It's as if the word "gay" means alien, like homosexuals weren't meant to exist. Kids are learning their language that they use against their peers from the media as well, in my opinion.

The administrators and the teachers aren't doing much at the schools to prevent this from happening. If a child or their parent is repetitively saying something about being teased to them, they why aren't they trying to come up with some kind of punishment? Why aren't they teaching the kids that bullying is unhealthy to another kids' one heart, mind, and soul? Why aren't they developing a program to prevent bullying?

These are just a few of my thoughts at the moment. I will definitely be back at this later. EQUALITY FOR ALL!!!

Hannah Montana Soundtrack Snags #1 Spot Day26

You would think that Miley Cyrus and others wouldn't be able to captivate the top of the album charts after a number 2 debut just 3 weeks ago. Well think again... she took it! The Hannah Montana: The Movie album took the top spot for this week's chart issue, selling 133,000 copies.

Hoping to get their second #1 debut was Bad Boy group Day26. Their sophomore effort, Forever in a Day, debuted at #2, selling a surprising 113,000.

What About That?

What About That?

"We walked along the beach
What a moon-lit night.
He held my hand in his;
He kissed me and then he said,
"I wanna spend my life with you.
I want you for my wife".
But just then I thought

What about the times you lied to me?
What about the times you said no one would want me?
What about all the s**t you've done to me?
What about that? What about that?
What about the times you yelled at me?
What about the times I cried?
You wouldn't even hold me.
What about those things?
What about that? What about that?

What about the times you hit my face?
What about the times you kept on when I said, "No more please"?
What about those things?
What about that? What about that?
What about the times you shamed of me?
What about the times you said you didn't f**k her, she only gave you head?
What about that? What about that?"

When Brian and Jameka began dating, her friends were envious. Brian was smart, sensitive, funny, athletic, and good-looking.

For the first couple of months, Jameka seemed happy. She started to miss her friends and family, though, because she was spending more time with Brian and less time with everyone else. That seemed easier than dealing with Brian's endless questions. He worried about what she was doing at every moment of the day.

Jameka's friends became concerned when her behavior started to change. She lost interest in the things she once enjoyed, like taking dance classes and going to the mall. She became secretive and moody. When her friends asked if she was having trouble with Brian, she denied that anything was wrong.

Healthy relationships involve respect, trust, and consideration for the other person. Sadly, lots of relationships don't have these qualities — and many turn abusive.

People in abusive relationships sometimes mistake the abuse for intense feelings of caring or concern. It can even seem flattering. Think of a friend whose boyfriend or girlfriend is insanely jealous: Maybe it seems like your friend's partner really cares. But actually, excessive jealousy and controlling behavior are not signs of affection at all. Love involves respect and trust; it doesn't mean constantly worrying about the possible end of the relationship.

What is Abuse?

Abuse can be physical, emotional, or sexual. Hitting, slapping, and kicking are forms of physical abuse that can occur both friendships and romances.

Emotional abuse (stuff like teasing, bullying, and humiliating others) can be difficult to recognize because it doesn't leave any visible scars. Threats, intimidation, putdowns, and betrayal are all harmful forms of emotional abuse that can really hurt — not just during the time it's happening, but long after too.

Sexual abuse can happen to anyone, guy or girl. It's never right to be forced into any type of sexual experience that you don't want.

The first step in getting out of an abusive relationship is to realize that you have the right to be treated with respect and not be physically or emotionally harmed by another person.

Signs of Abusive Relationships

Important warning signs that you may be involved in an abusive relationship include when someone:

  • harms you physically in any way, including slapping, pushing, grabbing, shaking, smacking, kicking, and punching
  • tries to control different aspects of your life, such as how you dress, who you hang out with, and what you say
  • frequently humiliates you or making you feel unworthy (for example, if a partner puts you down but tells you that he or she loves you)
  • coerces or threatens to harm you, or self-harm, if you leave the relationship
  • twists the truth to make you feel you are to blame for your partner's actions
  • demands to know where you are at all times
  • constantly becomes jealous or angry when you want to spend time with your friends

Unwanted sexual advances that make you uncomfortable are also red flags that the relationship needs to focus more on respect. When someone says stuff like "If you loved me, you would . . . " that's also a warning of possible abuse. A statement like this is controlling and is used by people who are only concerned about getting what they want — not caring about what you want. Trust your intuition. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.

Signs That a Friend Is Being Abused

In addition to the signs listed above, here are some signs a friend might be being abused by a partner:

  • unexplained bruises, broken bones, sprains, or marks
  • excessive guilt or shame for no apparent reason
  • secrecy or withdrawal from friends and family
  • avoidance of school or social events with excuses that don't seem to make any sense
A friend who is being abused needs your love and support. An open heart and open ears is the most important thing to have. Be understanding and listen to what they are saying without judging them. Have some belief in their story and try to find a way to help them get out of the situation. Most people who are being abused feel as if it's their fault --- that they "asked for it" or that they don't deserve any better. But abuse is never deserved. Help your friend understand that it is not his or her fault. Your friend is not a bad person. The person who is being abusive has a serious problem and needs professional help.

If you want to help yourself get out of an abusive relationship, you can do the following:
  • If you've been abused, don't wait to get medical attention or call the police. ABUSE IS ILLEGAL and that person will be prosecuted.
  • A restraining order is always great to get. Take advantage of it.
  • If you have friends, turn to them. Don't ever feel like you have no one to turn to. If they are understanding and will listen, by all means, take it. They should encourage you.
  • Getting help is not a sign of weakness. You can't get out of this situation alone. Doing this show courage and bravery.
  • Their are guiders and counselors out there to help you cope with this.
  • Most of all, you can get involved with an advocate program that helps prevent dating abuse. Be an activist!
If you love yourself, then you would do it. If you're in one now, it's never too late. Get out as fast as possible.

Taraji P. Henson and Lil' Wayne work together in new movie

Oscar nominated actress Taraji P. Henson has already started production in an upcoming, New Orleans-based flick titled, "Hurricane Season". Also to star in the movie is Grammy winner Lil' Wayne, making his big screen debut, and rapper Bow Wow, who has had moderate box office success. Oscar nominated actor Forest Whitaker takes the male lead.

Based on a true story, “Season” tells the tale of Al Collins (Whitaker), a basketball coach at John Ehret High in Louisiana, who assembled a team of displaced high school students and taught them to channel their post-Katrina frustrations into a state championship-caliber season.

Lil' Wayne is pleased and very honored to work with Henson, due to the fact that she's being a good luck charm for rappers/singers turned actors in her past supporting roles.

Do you think Lil' Wayne can act as great as he raps?

We'll see soon!

Tranny Sets Rumor that Chingy is G-A-Y

Rumor has it that rap star Chingy has been doing the do with a transexual by the name of Foxx-Jazzel. Foxx-Jazzel stated on a local Los Angeles radio station that she met Chingy back in 2003 at a party, before he was signed to a record label. Things escalated shortly afetrwards.

When asked if he was the giver or receiver, the tranny said that Chingy was indeed the receiver. Foxx-Jazzel admitted that this is definitely blackmail from something Chingy didn't do in the past.

I doubt this is true, but even if it is, umm... I'm speechless. Lol! I wish Chingy luck with squashing this one because it's getting around FAST!

Both videos from the phone call with the radio heads at Street Disciplez are below.

Miss USA Candidate Booed!

Perez Hilton was one of the judges at last night's Miss USA campaign. When Miss California was asked a question about her opinion about same-sex marriage by the famous blogger, she left a big audience shocked and disappointed with her answer. She stated that she loves that our country is allowing it, but thinks that marriage belongs to man and woman. That answer got her the biggest boo's in Miss USA history!

Tyler Perry's Stalker Behind Bars

A numerous amount of threatening emails and letters sent to writer-producer-director Tyler Perry has lead to an arrest and restraining order of a young woman named Dawne Wilson.

Last year, Tyler Perry issued a restraining order to the woman after she allegedly sent an email to Perry stating, "You need to check your heart condition because it is filled with murder….your love has been but costly and deadly….Murder I say is the verdict."

After showing up at Perry's studio headquarters in Atlanta, Wilson was arrested for stalking and breaking her restraining order. Kind of retarded, I think.

Thank God Tyler is safe! He is currently in post-production for the upcoming I Can Do Bad All By Myself and writing a sequel to the box-office hit, Why Did I Get Married?.

Oprah Pulls Columbine Special

After much thought, Oprah pulls a special that was dedicated to the columbine at Columbine High School. The event that took the lives of many students happened 10 years ago. And with all that happened in the tragedy, Oprah created a special episode called, 10 Years Later: The Truth About Columbine.
In her Twitter, she revealed the following:
"I decided to pull the Columbine show today. After reviewing it, I thought it focused too much on the killers. Today, hold a thought for the Columbine community. This is a hard day for them."

Hope the Queen of the Universe come to some terms with this situation. I still love and look up to her, regardless.

Madonna has ANOTHER horse accident

A publicist of the Queen of Pop is claiming that Madonna fell off of a horse this past Saturday. The horse was said to had reacted uncannily when a paparazzo jumped out of the bushes to take pictures of Madonna on the horse.

Prior to this incident, in 2005, Madonna suffered injuries of 3 cracked rib bones in her chest and a broken collar bone from riding a horse.

Luckily, yesterday, her injuries were minor and she walked herself out of the hospital. YAY MADONNA!!!

The Truth Behind Lady GaGa's Poker Face

Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" has become a worldwide #1 hit with one of the most infectious hooks of the year, so far. Although it may sound like she's talking about gambling, completely, she's got a little truth underlying the lyrics. During a recent concert in Florida at the Palm Springs White Party, Lady GaGa has revealed that she talks about her personal experience with bisexuality in "Poker Face", saying that the song is about being with a man but fantasizing about a woman; hence, the man must read her "Poker Face."

Regardless, I still love the song, and it's still a hit.

HIV/AIDS: What Do You Know?

Have you ever come across anyone with HIV? What about AIDS? Do you even know if you've come across with it? Could you tell your friend the difference between the two? I'm sure that you're wondering, "Why is he asking all of these questions?". One day, you'll learn understand why.

Two years ago, if you were to approach me and interrogate me with the same questions, I would not even know what to say. In my high school and in the community that I stayed in, no one knew much about the HIV and AIDS epidemic. In school, they taught us very little about it. The only educators that were allowed to instruct on this were the health teachers. To be frank, they didn't do a good job at it. The students in the class seemed bored with it, having the most blank expressions on their faces. No one in my community knew how you could get or how many cases were presented each year. I couldn't go home to my mom and ask because she knew very little.

Just like I did with every thing else that I wanted to know about, I researched it myself. I read all of the facts and even looked at pictures. But that was not enough for me. Soon I would come across various non-profit organizations that were trying their best to tackle this issue. It wasn't until I became a member of Da CRIBB when I became extremely serious about it. Being there, I got to meet a lot of brothers who were very accepting of each other. Everyone was different there and at first, being around a lot of gay people was something I couldn't deal with. Ultimately, I learned how to accept everyone for who they were and that everyone is different. Everyone of us in this world is special in our own right. We should embrace who we are and what we stand for in the most positive light.

One of the things that I stand for most is the HIV/AIDS. For the past two years, I have been heavily into the gay community of Atlanta. Being in the community doing volunteer and outreach work with Da CRIBB, I've come across an ample amount of people who are HIV positive. These people have changed my life in so many ways, I can't even describe. The little I knew about HIV became even bigger and now that I know much more about it, I want to let people out there know that this disease has NO FACE whatsoever. When I say it has no face, I mean this... you could walk up to the cleanest, sexiest, most attractive man on this Earth and think that nothing is wrong with him, but he could have it. Now, typically, any general person would look at a frail, skinny person and think that they could have it. In reality, he could be HIV negative. Keep in mind, this isn't just with HIV, this is with every STD in existence.

Here are some things that you should know:

  • 60 million people have been infected with HIV.
  • HIV is the human immunodeficiency virus. It is also the cause of AIDS.
  • Half of the newly infected today are under 25.
  • HIV is the leading cause of death among African-American between ages 25 to 44.
  • HIV shows no symptoms for many years, so those infected may not even know that they have it. This means one thing... GO GET TESTED! Especially if you LOVE YOURSELF!
  • HIV can have the most devestating effects on your body if you don't get treated.
  • HIV is spread through the following: blood, semen (including pre-come), and vaginal secretions. A woman can pass it through her baby during pregnancy or delivery, and also breast milk feeding. Overall, HIV is transmitted through unprotected sex (vaginal, anal, and oral). Also, it can be transmitted through injection drug use.
  • HIV cannot be spread through casual contact or shaking hands.
Signs of HIV/AIDS:
  • Many people who have HIV don't even know it because symptoms may not appear for an average of ten years.
  • Weight loss, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, fatigue, persistent fevers, night sweats, headaches, mental disorders, or severe or recurrent vaginal yeast infections.
There is no cure for HIV. Medications are provided by physicians to slow down the progression of infections and delay the onset of AIDS symptoms. However, if treated early, it would make a tremendous difference. If you don't get treated, then there are consequences you could face. HIV can weaken the body's ability to fight off other diseases, making your immune system vulnerable to cancers and infections such as pneumonia. Pneumonia is one of the leading complications of HIV/AIDS.

The only way to know for sure whether you have HIV or another STD is to get tested. Many are nervous about getting tested, especially for the first time. Many worry about if it's affordable, when it's free at so many places in our community. Some don't worry about finding out the results. You might not know where to go or what to expect. But think about this:
  • Getting a test takes about the anxiety of not knowing.
  • If you leave HIV or other STD's untreated, it could cause serious health problems.
  • Getting a test doesn't take up much of your time.
  • There are a lot of places that provide 20 minute test results after you get a test done.
  • You could get a swab test, blood test, or urine test to get your results, which is all easy and painless.
  • If you have a partner, take them with you as well. It's best that both of you get it done so that there won't be any mishaps in your relationship, trust, or health.
Ways to prevent this risk of HIV and other STD transmission:
  • Choosing not to have sex, being abstinent.
  • Make a pact with your partner to be faithful and sticking to it.
  • Using condoms for vaginal and anal sex. Flavored condoms and dental dams are best for oral sex.
  • Get vaccinated for hepatitis A and B.
  • If you use drugs (which you shouldn't), DO NOT share needles.
  • GET TESTED!!! And once again, ask your partner to do the same.
PLEASE BE SAFE LOVE MUFFIN! I HOPE THIS INFORMATION WAS VALUABLE TO YOU! REMEMBER THAT HIV AND STDs HAVE NO FACE! SO BE CAREFUL AT ALL COST! LOVE YOURSELF! LOVE OTHERS! GET TESTED AND ENCOURAGE EVERY ONE ELSE TO DO SO! MUCH LOVE!

Sincerely,
De'Carlos Antoine
